- 6 pork chops
- 1 can beef consommé
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup of uncooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a glass casserole dish add the rice, pork chops and then the soup.
- Add butter.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
