Make Ahead Mango Protein Smoothie

Make Ahead Mango Protein Smoothie

Great Make ahead smoothie.  Make multiple freezer smoothies and grab and blend and your all done.

Ingredients

Scale

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Cup frozen mango

1/4 Cup of broccoli

1/4 Cup of cauliflower

1 Cup (or more) of unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

Add almond milk to the blender first.  

Add all the ingredients to a blender.  Blend until smooth and creamy.  Pour the smoothie into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Do NOT add the almond milk to your freezer bag.  To freeze ahead of time, add ingredients to the freezer bag in this order:  Vanilla protein, mango, broccoli, and cauliflower.

Notes

Add more or less almond milk depending on how thick you want your smoothie.    Add almond milk to the blender before adding the ingredients to the smoothie freezer bag.
