Homemade Brown Sugar

Making brown sugar is simple and it tastes so much better than store-bought. You decide how light or how dark you want your brown sugar.

I use a stand mixer with a whisk attachment to make my brown sugar. You can use a hand mixer or just stir by hand but it will take much longer to mix.

You only need regular granular white sugar and molasses for this recipe.
