Ingredients
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 TBSP Ground Flax Seed
1 Cup Mixed Berries
1 Cup (handful) Spinach
1 Cup (or more if preferred) Almond Milk
Instructions
Add almond milk to the blender first. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Do NOT add the almond milk to your freezer bag. To freeze ahead of time, add ingredients to the freezer bag in this order: Ground flaxseed, protein powder, mixed berries and spinach.
Notes
Add more or less almond milk depending on how thick you want your smoothie. Add almond milk to the blender before adding the ingredients to the smoothie freezer bag.
